The main objective of the Directorate (Corporate Services) is to provide expertise on human resource management and administration, planning, monitoring and evaluation. Among the main functions of the directorate are to provide and carry out administrative and human resource management services and coordinate and carry out preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the Council’s performance, Strategic Plan and budgets.
